A blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. The grapes are dried out on racks for 3-4 months and fermented in inert containers to preserve the intensity of the flavours. The wine is fermented to dry and then the wine is aged in 2500litre Slavonian oak barrels for 5years. A very fine, elegant example of a powerful Amarone.
