Rummo paccheri no. 111 pasta tubes are just the thing for rich, chunky meat or fish sauces.
The short but wide hollow tubes are a traditional Neapolitan pasta shape, and are often stuffed with a sausage ragu or spinach & ricotta filling and baked with a fresh tomato sauce and plenty of cheese – just like mini cannelloni.
