Soft and creamy with a slightly nutty taste. As it ripens the centre of the cheese will become runny and deliciously spreadable and the taste will become stronger, although never too ‘goaty’.
A firm favourite for over 30 years. Made lovingly in Cricket St Thomas, Somerset.
