This Membrillo is produced by a small Catalan artisan in a traditional way using 100% natural fruit. It is the perfect accompaniment to cheese, particularly Manchego and other aged sheep cheeses.
It can also be added to salads and meat dishes. It’s texture is nice and smooth and it’s taste is sweet.
