This is a wonderfully rich, sweet wine made from low yields of late harvested, botrytised Semillon (90%) and Muscadelle ( 10%) It has flavours of marzipan, orange peel and spices with a hint of apricot. It is best drunk as an aperitif (with Roquefort) with fois gras, melon or dessert.
